WHOLESALE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
BEAM Minerals takes responsibility for our products and will not knowingly send out a defective product. In addition, BEAM Mineralstakes responsibility for product during shipment and for replacing product that was damaged during shipment.

If the Practitioner finds any problem with the product, they must bring those errors and/or defects to the attention of the Wholesaler's as soon as they are known.

We endeavor to protect your reputation, and ours; if you or your customer finds an issue related to BEAM Mineralsproducts, we will work with you to find a resolution.

If you’re not happy with any BEAM Minerals product you receive, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Return Shipping costs are the responsibility if the Retailer, unless the product is found faulty or damaged.

If the product is returned after the 30-day return window, credit will be issued for use with another BEAM Minerals purchase, up to 90-days after the purchase. No returns are accepted after 30 days.

Notes:

  • On unopened products returned within 30-days: Product purchase price will be refunded minus shipping charges.
  • Products that are opened: We offer a 50% refund on the product purchase price, minus the shipping charges.
  • Products that are more than 30 days old, are not refundable.
